Red/White and Blue and a Sketch

We celebrate the Fourth of July in a couple days. That is a great time to show off Flower Soft's new color, the Patriot.
It was fun to put this card together in the traditional Red, White and Blue color combo.
The red dot strips are paper tape by Queen & Co.  The white border is punched using an EK Success punch. I just added the Patriot Flower Soft in rows across the card.
Be sure to check out the Flower Soft blog where Jen has been sharing other projects using the Patriot colors.
And, I also wanted to use the retro sketch for this week.
Since it needed six little shapes of some type, I thought it would be fun to pull out my Martha Stewart elephant punch. It punches out the ears, how cute is that???
The patterned papers are by Pebbles from a mini pad. I just love lots of prints that coordinate together.
Thanks for visiting, Linda (lbpost)
